1. Who you're contracting with
Orders placed on this site form a contract with Irving Books / Focal Point Publications, 81 Cambridge Gardens, London W10 6JE, United Kingdom.
2. Placing an order
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is formed when we confirm dispatch. If a title is out of stock or priced in error, we'll contact you and either ship an equivalent or refund.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select; the card issuer applies the final exchange rate. VAT is added where required and shown at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
4. Delivery
We ship worldwide via tracked services. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied in the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and may extend during high-demand periods or when items are print-on-demand.

6. Digital products
eBooks, audiobooks, and other downloads are licensed for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share downloadable files. Digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded.

8. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without affecting statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
