Plain-language rules of the road for Irving Books affiliates. No surprises, no fine print that contradicts the summary.

Eligibility
Open to individuals and businesses with an active website, podcast, newsletter, YouTube channel or community platform. We reserve the right to decline applications that don't align with our editorial standards, and to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Commission & tracking
- Rate15% of net order value, excluding shipping and taxes.
- Cookie60 days from first click.
- AttributionLast-click wins. If another affiliate's cookie supersedes yours, they earn.
- ReversalsCommissions reverse if the buyer returns, refunds or charges back within 60 days.
- High performersSustained monthly volume unlocks a 20% tier. We'll invite you proactively.

Payouts
Commissions clear after a 30-day return-protection window. Payouts run monthly on the 15th for balances over $50 USD; amounts below roll forward automatically. We pay by bank transfer, PayPal, or international wire, in your choice of major currency.

What you may not do
- Bid on "Irving Books" or product names in paid search
- Use unsolicited email, SMS, or WhatsApp blasts
- Frame, cloak or redirect your link through misleading URLs
- Impersonate Irving Books or imply an employment relationship
- Promote on sites hosting illegal, abusive or extremist content
- Stuff cookies, run auto-loading popunders, or use bot traffic

Trademarks & creative
Use our book covers, titles and supplied marketing copy freely. Do not modify covers, produce derivative artwork, or use our logo beyond the supplied asset pack without written approval.

Termination
Either party can end this agreement at any time, for any reason. Commissions accrued in good standing before termination are paid on the next scheduled payout.

Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes (commission structure, attribution model, payout schedule) are emailed 30 days in advance. Continued participation signals acceptance.
